triing to learn how to post photos to blog

I am triing to learn how to move photos to my blog, from my computer i did get one there but removed it because it was way to big so if any of you can give me step by step instuctions please e-mail them to me at forestanderson@gmail.com and i will post all kinds of ideas i use and have i am a real rookie when it comes to using a computer
